We do allow transfers. If you need to transfer a subscription to a new user, please contact us.
Subscribers can request to cancel a subscription by directly emailing us or submitting a cancellation request.
Your subscription is on auto-renewal unless you cancel prior to your date. You will be sent a renewal reminder 15 days prior to your renewal.
Refunds will not be issued if you cancel during your subscription period.
